The signature upload is where most KVS applicants encounter difficulties. The required dimension is 350 pixels wide by 150 pixels high, but the file size must be compressed into a tight range of 3 KB to 30 KB.

Compressing a large 350x150 pixel image down below 30 KB often leads to severe pixelation or broken ink lines. To ensure your signature remains sharp and legible:

  1. Sign on a clean sheet of unruled white paper. Any pre-printed lines will consume data during compression, causing your handwriting to blur.
